Éomer, 18th King of Rohan, son of Éomund of Eastfold and Théodwyn, nephew of Théoden, 17th King of Rohan, marries Lothíriel, daughter of Imrahil, 22nd Prince of Dol Amroth:
In the War of the Ring [Éomer Éadig] made the friendship of King Elessar, and of Imrahil of Dol Amroth; and he rode often to Gondor. In the last year of the Third Age he wedded Lothíriel, daughter of Imrahil. Their son Elfwine the Fair ruled after him.
