Search Tips

  • Each line is used as an OR search.
  • The words in each line are used as an AND search.
  • Partial words will also be searched, such as "owyn", and will return both Eowyn and Éowyn.
  • If you are unsure about spelling, use only part of the word.

Ch. 52: Secrets In The Dark

This is the first time I have ever read of an Orc being almost human.  I love the way you show his memories returning.  Perhaps there is hope for him yet.  (I'm still upset about Eomer dying.  Who will rule Rohan now?)

Is the fact that there are no paragraphs an error in formatting or something? It is very distracting and makes it hard to read the story and keep tract of your place.

General Comment

I like this! Even if the conversation with Merry isn't strictly canonical, I can believe that something like this might have been going on in the woman who later marries Faramir.

This story is one the funniest in the fandom and the first one I came across when the LotR fandom was taking off. I love the humor, the impressive knowledge of the canon, and the story telling technique via letters. Brava!
