What an excellent description of the yearning and longing that made Tuor the character he was. And his foreshadowing of the future of Gondolin is chilling. Very well done and a nice gift for this Thanksgiving Day.

Beautifully written and very chilling. I always felt sorry for all that Tuor had to go thru. He is one of the most tragic figures in Tolkien's tales.
