A late review but hopefully it's worthwhile! This was quite a tense chapter, in the sense that the attraction that has simmering for some time, is really coming into its own! It's been building up for a while, but phew - I had to read that bit twice!
I'm really impressed how you've described their budding romance, as well as their reactions, which seem wholly natural. How gentlemanly of Leona to allow Lothiriel to hit him ... although I'm glad she didn't. I would imagine she's not be too kind (but only if he's really deserved it)!
I must admit I cannot wait how Lothiriel will react when she realises who Leona really is, but don't worry, I shall wait patiently until that happens and continue to enjoy the story.
