Ah yes, a discerning feline knows when the King is in his barn! A delightful story, especially for this reader who has survived influenza twice -- you describe it very well! And my Oscar gave me the same sort of comfort. Thanks!

Ha! I am especially pleased that you decided Pippin would be the most interested in this ... er... spectacle... just like a tween! Reminds me of my version of Pip in "Boyz On Bath Day" ... though mine was a trifle more obnoxious...
