Crowdaughter,
I appreciate your lovely comments, they mean a lot to me. This is not a pairing I would normally write either, but I had a friend request it and I aim to please. lol I've always liked Faramir and thought this would make for an interesting AU to get him involved in. I'm glad you liked what I did with the concept.

Hello,
I am glad your story was finally published.
It is as i said in my review a very good rendering of what the circumstances must have been in the Third Age Middle Earth. And a powerful and intense relationship between the two warlords.
The consumption of their feeling has just the right touch of shyness, sweetness and passion, characteristics of the two men.
I am still not sure that Faramir was up to it, just a few hours after his enjailment, but it sounds right, and afterall it IS a story.

Dwelf,
I tried to write and thank you for your excellent review but the email bounced back. Please allow me to express my gratitude for the comments you made in reviewing the story. They were very thought provoking and insightful, the best I have seen. It's true that Faramiir was in pretty bad shape at the end, but he's young and determined and I thought he'd be able to handle it. And as it turned out, he was. ![]()
Unfortunately, the story was declined for inclusion in the public archives but I very much appreciate both your kind words and your support.
Mike
