Such a nice little story! I know, it's nearly only a picture, but it gives you the feeling of the festival and the happiness and the worriless moment in between the "real" life.

Hi Celeb - sorry about the belated reply!
Dragonfall is, as you say, really only a snapshot - it was written as a birthday fic for Vilwarin's brother. So that accounts for its form somewhat. But it is also intended to be an image of celebration and relief.

So happy this is in the archive. Eloquent, satisfying story. I cannot believe that it is so short. There is such detail and emotion packed into such a small package.
