Oh, I like this very much. A rare glimpse into Arwen's mind and a rarer one that makes her interesting! I especially like the imagery - the evenstar that could burn brighter in the twilight or herald the coming of a new morning. Beautifully done.
Couple of typos I spotted - dais, and 'line of Earendil'.
