Captain of the Night
As usual, ErinRua gives us a technically well crafted moment of rhythm and beauty, with emotional connection, satisfaction, and closure. This poem surpasses other requiems for Boromir. I'm glad the author spoke of his fate beyond death; many would try to write some apology for how he passed. Instead we have a sweeping vision of the fallen prince as captain of some celestial guard, and we know in our hearts this is the real Boromir. Makes me love him all the more.
