Hello, Werecat. First of all, congratulations on your domination of the Mithril 2005 Awards. I have always loved your stories, especially since I am a cat person too. Did you know that your story Nine Lives got picked for a listing called Espresso Recommentations? It is on a uk website and if you haven't found it, drop me a line. Meanwhile I am going to take this opportunity to recommend the story at HASA. It is one of my favorites. Regards - Chathol-linn

Thanks, Cathol-linn. Congrats to you too. :)
Yes, I'm aware of that list. *purr* And thank you for your kind words. I still remember that you were one of the first here in Hasa who supported my version of Tolkien's Crazy Cat Lady.
All the best,
Werecat

Hi, Werecat!
You know how much I love your stories of Beruthiel and her cat, for I have praised them elswhere at ff.net already; Reading this story here again is a great treat! I love the description you give of the origin of cats, and the way how you describe how Beruthiel came by her cats; and the way the catasrophe approaches due to the hostility and bigotry of the good people of Gondor is very compelling. I also love the end of the tale. Marvellously done, and one of my favorites! -- Aislynn

Thanks, Aislynn!
And apologies it took me a while to get back to you.
Had some sick cats over the holidays, and I couldn't really focus on anything else.
And, once more, thankyou for your kind words. Especially since this story has a very dear place in my heart as well.
Purrs for the New Year,
Werecat
