Hi Darklis,
Glad you liked the chapter. Denethor and Thorongil's interactions will only become more complex. As to their final falling out, you'll have to wait and see, but I assure you that it will be quite different than the usual account.

And in the end Denethor feels not the cat but a child in his arms. Boromir, Faramir, or one belonging to another? Interesting thoughts here.
