Ch. 13: Many Paths and Errands Meet
This chapter is just wonderfully written- with such an eye for detail. I particualry liked the scene between Elladan and Legolas- the way you used the candle to show first the steadiness of Legolas' hand, and then the slight tremble as he is disturbed byElladan's words. The whole use of candles to show the passage of time, character's reactions etc is very delicately done and hugely effective.
