"Out of the grass he sprang"

Coming like a wind from the north

bring storm and rain,

washing away the darkness

that binds us to the lies we live with.

A new season,

a time of choice.

I questioned him,

I doubted myself,

and then...

my heart felt a pull of love.

I will follow him out of the shadow

to find my honor

and my way.
