3. Author's Notes

"Varda" was written back in 2005, upon random inspiration.

"Yavanna" was written during Back to Middle-earth Month, March 2007.

Obviously, I'm taking some liberties in linking all the Valier as sisters when they really aren't: Tolkien specifies several sibling relationships among the Valar.  

1/19/09: Yes, the plan is to finish this series: all seven Valier!  But inspiration comes slowly for these, it seems.  Example: Nienna's up next, and her verse has been in half-finished form for ages!
