29. Three Haiku

Written in answer to a challenge. All three are Boromir's pov. Not one of my best, perhaps, but I couldn't resist the challenge........;)

~*~Three Haiku~*~

Day by day I watch
a fair voice whispers my name
peace forsakes my dreams.

~~~
Your gold seduced me
I could not resist its lure
both our fates are sealed.
~~~

Forgive me; I failed.
But now my horn is broken
and so is my heart.
