Story Summary
I and my husband have been through a trying year, with disappointments and grief we could not have forseen, but have weathered our storms with love. And a reasonably sick sense of humor. So, my birthday wish is for tales of love between long paired couples. Sick humor optional, but greatly appreciated. Denethor and Finduilas, of course, but also Lobelia and Otho, Drogo and Primula, Faramir and Eowyn, Celeborn and Galadriel, Tuor and Idril, and all the rest.
In time, The Rockies may tumble, Gibralter may crumble, They're only made of clay, But our love is here to stay.
