Inspired by PlasticChevy's wonderful epic, The Captain and the King, this is an unofficial "missing scene" regarding Boromir and Gil.

I have never actually read the fanfics this is based upon, but now I'm hooked! Gorgeous writing here, and a tasteful night as well. It's so annoying to have "parts" described in stories, and this skips over the usual, unnecessarily graphics bits and focuses on the tender, original moments instead. I'm impressed. Now I have to run off and read the originals.
