General Comment

Wow! this is sad and very, very powerful, Finch!

 I believe I read it long ago, but had forgotten its content -- and nearly wept anew as I read it.

 I enjoy stories that incorporate canon so cleanly... but, in addition, I especially enjoy this one for the emotional response it evokes.

 Well done!
