Any interest out there in trying to come up with different menus & recipes for the various cultures in M-e that could be listed in Resources as a guide?

I'll give you a hand with mediterranean stuff for Gondor. Kinda my strong point - mediterranean. Let me know. Under the Tuscan Sun kinda stuff. Lindorien PS - but YOU are the one who has to determine the various USDA zones and what could be grown where. Lots of seafood, I'd presume. All that coastline. Then there are the mountains. And all those inlands...Lobsters maybe - like sunny Portugal? Calamari? Rosemary, sage, bay, oregano, olives. Betcha they ate well.
