If you've read "That Which Remains Us" you may recall that Faramir had to open a trunk with his dagger, because the key he *thought* would open it turned out to go to something else. But I never said what that something else was.

Una wants this mystery solved. I have thus far not solved it, and then Ang suggested this in my forum:

New challenge? The most inventive explanation of what that key goes to. I have a few ideas...

So: how about it? Anyone want to tell us what that key goes to? If you haven't read "That Which Remains Us" you need only get through the first chapter and you'll know as much as anyone does about this key.

Myself, I'm becoming more and more firmly convinced that it opens a wardrobe to Narnia.

 

I was stuck in a traffic jam yesterday with a certain nameless individual *cough* andria*cough* who has set a plotbunny of ginormous proportions on me with this one. Curses!

 

I knew I liked Andria for a reason.
