Henneth Annûn Story Archive

Just wanted to put out a request for any known sources on the political structure that would be applicable to Gondor in the 4th age. I've read plenty of stories where the King has advisors, etc., but its all very vague, and I need to know a bit more than that. I also need to know a bit on what would be appropriate for Harad, at least as far as diplomacy goes.

I thought for sure there would be some sort of summary/writer's guide somewhere, but I haven't found any. Searching the web has been slow in coming up with anything useful as well.
