Ode to the Absent
Story Summary
A different approach to Mother's Day. Short, darkly humorous poem written for the Mother's Day challenge. Inspired by my friend Elaine, who, when we were discussing Tolkien over breakfast a couple of months ago, said, "Where are all the mothers?"
