A little Gollum/Shelob romance?

I was looking at that very creative story about giant spider slash--I forget who wrote it or what it was called--and was wondering whether there could be a more canonical giant spider romance. In the books, there does seem like there could be something going on between Gollum and Shelob...anyways, the relationship between Gollum and Shelob is something that few fanfiction writers seem to have explored, and I think it could be the basis for a very interesting story.
