Confessions of a Dangerous Mind

Challenge Details

You know that moment, when a truly horrible concept for what we know will be a Really Awful Story That Should Not be Written pops into our heads? The monster from the sub-conscious, the Very Bad Idea that will not die? Well, here's a chance for you to exorcize that demon muse, and have some fun doing it.

Write the outline or summary of a story you've sworn to never, ever write. You have up to 1000 words. It can be in prose or verse, and can cover any subject: AU from Hell, Multiple Universe Crossover, Unthinkable Pairing, or anything else that crosses your mind.

(Please do remember to include a warning if the summary contains adult content).

The real muse for this challenge is Ann (annmarwalk) who has a truly dangerous mind!

One example of the sort of thing that may be submitted:

"I swear I will never, ever write the multi-part epic 'Deathless Destiny', a thrilling emotional roller-coaster of a saga about eternal love (Xena-LoTR crossover, WIP).

Xena is reincarnated as Lothíriel and decides to abandon Éomer when she discovers that, in fact, Éowyn is the reincarnation of Gabrielle. Éomer and Faramir are left to console each other by going off into the East in their own spin-off series. Lothíriel and Éowyn live happily ever after for exactly two minutes, only to be torn apart by angst and conflict when the now-single Celeborn storms into their abode of love to announce that he is the new avatar of Borias, Xena-Lothíriel's long lost love, and father of her child (who turns out to be young Legolas).

Piqued and jealous, Éowyn runs away and is impregnated by Morgoth/Dahak's evil spirit. Just then, the Vala Oromë, who strangely resembles the god Ares, kidnaps Éowyn and imprisons her in a dark tower impenetrable to all but the master thief Autolycus. But Autolycus will need the help of Mandos/Hades's Helm of Invisibility, which is currently in the possession of Joxer, an accident prone hobbit from Bree who stumbled over it when he was hunting for mushrooms in the Barrow Downs..."

Found in the ruins of what was once Angband. The original Dark Lord had quite the knack for badfic writing (and apparently a little “thing” for Fëanor). This is his notebook of ideas. Read at your own risk. Transcribed by Arandil for the HASA Challenge: Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Winner: "The Merry and Pippin Award (Humor 2nd Place)" MEFA 2005

An incredably short summary of my first Lord of the Rings fanfic, which was most-likely a Mary-Sue, although there was no romance, if I remember correctly. Written for the "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind" challenge.

A very horrible cliche story about a girl dropped into Middle-earth. Since this story was made to immitate a real BAD!Mary-Sue story, all bad spelling, name changes, "canon rape," and simplistic dialogue are intended. Also, cudos to my friend and much thanks for helping me with the idea, creating the name, and helping me to write certain parts of this. :)
