HA Birthday Challenge
Challenge Details
On April 6th, HA the List turned two years old. As a
way of celebrating the occasion and thanking our List
Mom Emerita (Una/Altariel) and our current List Dad
(Mike/Fëadan) for all their hard work (and witty
conversation!), we at Challenges had asked them to provide us with
some drabble prompts in honor of the list.
We should've known better, of course, because they delight in siccing nuzgûl on people almost as much as we do when the opportunity is ripe. >:-E
So, here is what they came up with:
Write OR draw something concerning at least two (or more) of any combination of the following:
1) Éowyn or Galadriel (because Mike and Una get to pick their favs)
2) birthdays/anniversaries
3) Henneth Annûn
4) gift-givings (in the broadest possible sense)
There is no limitation on form: short story, long story, poem, drabble, metafic, humor, parody, artwork (hand-drawn, photo-manip, shoot paint-balls at the canvas, whatever you please).
If the birthday spirit moves you to drabble, please post it in our HASA Birthday Cards forum as well as here. If it is some other form or artwork, post it to the folder "HA Birthday Works". From there, we'll figure out the best format for how to group them all together at HASA as well.
